Welcome to Brain Master Games (part of Insodia). By downloading or using our mobile applications ("Apps"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Apps.

1. Description of Service

Brain Master Games provides puzzle and logic games (such as Nonogram Master and Sudoku Master) for mobile devices. These services include the base game, downloadable content, and online features like daily challenges or leaderboards.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to download and use the Apps for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This license does not grant you any ownership rights.

3. User Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Apps.
  • Use any automated system (bots, scrapers) to access or manipulate game data.
  • Exploit bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Distribute or sub-license our content without explicit permission.

4. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items

  • Transactions: All in-app purchases (IAP) are processed via the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Your use of these stores is governed by their respective terms.
  • Virtual Items: Virtual currency or items bought within the Apps are for use only within those Apps. They have no "real world" monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.
  • Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds are handled exclusively by Google Play or Apple App Store according to their refund policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the Apps, including logos, graphics, music, and code, is the property of Brain Master Games or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Apps are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Apps will always be secure, error-free, or function without disruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brain Master Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Apps.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. We will indicate the date of the latest update at the top of this document. Continued use of the Apps constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Spain.
